The working principle of the Sanitary Garbage Truck hydraulic system
The hydraulic system of the compression sanitary garbage truck is an open system, which is supplied by a gear pump. The power of the gear pump comes from: engine-transmission-power take-off box. The power take-off box adopts pneumatic clutch, which is completed by operating the electronic control knob switch in the cab.
The compression type sanitary garbage truck is provided with coarse and fine oil filters at the oil outlet and oil return of the fuel tank, respectively, to keep the working oil supplied to the hydraulic system clean. The high-pressure oil provided by the oil pump enters the multi-way reversing valve and operates the multi-way valve. The high-pressure oil is distributed to the corresponding oil circuit to complete the corresponding mechanism operation. Through the PLC or button, the solenoid valve is controlled according to the operating program, and the multi-way valve is operated by the cylinder to complete the waste pressure filling cycle or push the unloading or dump the garbage in the trash (bucket). There is an overflow valve (safety valve) inside the multi-way valve to prevent the system from being overloaded. When the spool of the multi-way directional valve is in the neutral position, the system is in an unloading state. The auxiliary valve of each port of the multi-way valve plays the role of corresponding load limiting or replenishing. The setting pressure of the shovel valve makes the slide cylinder reach a certain operating pressure, and the shovel cylinder can only be retracted after the garbage is compressed. A balancing valve is set on the oil cylinder in the lifting oil circuit, so that the filler can drop smoothly and can stay in any position for a long time, and ensure that the filler will not fall suddenly after the hose of the lifting cylinder is broken, and the safety is safe.
